Triple Constraint
|
Triple Constraint® Inc. works with organizations that employ organizational
project management to achieve corporate goals. We help these organizations
meet business objectives by providing methods, training, and tools to manage
their projects. As our name suggests, we specialize in helping organizations
meet their project ‘Triple Constraint’. For every project, the triple
constraint consists of Cost, Schedule, and Scope/Quality. If these are
properly managed, organizations will be successful in delivering
projects and meeting organizational goals.

PDU University
|
PDU University is a series of interactive project management workshops designed to
educate and equip the project management community. Project managers are increasingly
leaned upon to manage all aspects of their project, from scope and communication, to
finance and quality. To equip project managers with the skills needed for this task,
PDU University makes extensive use of hands-on exercises and group oriented case
studies in each of the Project Management Knowledge areas, process areas, and domains.
Case studies designed from real world project failures allow teams to diagnose and
determine what should have been done to save the company from the mess that they
are in as a result of poor project management practice. Students are encouraged
to give good feedback and testimonials concerning projects they have worked on
that did, or did not employ recognized project management rigor.

OPM3
|
Triple Constraint® specializes in implementing the OPM3 (Organizational
Project Management Maturity Model). OPM3 is the first standard for
organizational project management published by the Project Management
Institute (PMI®). It lists ˜600 project, program, and portfolio best
practices that organizations may implement in order to increase their
project management capability. OPM3 provides the organizational
framework that helps organizations align their strategic goals to
the successful completion of projects in organizations. More
importantly, for organizations which desire to improve their
project management maturity, OPM3 provides guidance to help
organizations plan projects to improve their maturity while
conserving resources.
