PDU University is a series of interactive project management workshops designed to educate and equip the project management community. Project managers are increasingly leaned upon to manage all aspects of their project, from scope and communication, to finance and quality. To equip project managers with the skills needed for this task, PDU University makes extensive use of hands-on exercises and group oriented case studies in each of the Project Management Knowledge areas, process areas, and domains. Case studies designed from real world project failures allow teams to diagnose and determine what should have been done to save the company from the mess that they are in as a result of poor project management practice. Students are encouraged to give good feedback and testimonials concerning projects they have worked on that did, or did not employ recognized project management rigor.

All PDU University participants receive a thorough understanding of all aspects of project management and the toolbox every project manager must carry daily (including project management formulas and calculations). Participants also earn valuable PDUs for each course taken.
