Critical Path Project Management Using MS Project: This course integrates project management theory and practice by introducing project managers to PMI endorsed project planning and critical path execution while teaching students some of Microsoft® Project's more powerful capabilities. The class demonstrates how those capabilities can be used to transform project concepts into a manageable project schedule. It also demonstrates powerful and practical ways to plan, manage, and track a schedule. The class is instructor led and includes many hands-on labs.
