Proactive Project Risk Management: This course examines project risks from a thorough top-down and bottom-up perspective. Participants will learn how to evaluate and respond to risk at the project and task levels using effective tools and a highly regarded assessment model.

Included in the class are a number of real world exercises that take participants from risk identification at the beginning of a project through the challenges of ongoing assessment of risks throughout the project.

Participants will also practice a proactive approach to risk management based on a clear understanding of the powerful nature of both qualitative and quantitative approaches to risk management.
